In our Yoga program we provide you easy-to-learn and simple lessons (“asanas”) and breath control (“pranayama”) so you enjoy the good results of well-being and maybe also loose some of your long term pain in your body (for example headache, muscle tenseness, backache,…).
We practise in small groups of all ages, independent of the sex. Beginners are welcome.
In the Philippines Yoga is relatively unknown, therefore we are the first place to offer a Yoga-program at Alona Beach.
We are glad to invite you to us! Please bring comfortable clothes (leggings, yoga-pants,…) with you. Equipment will be provided.
Important: If you have any medical problems, such as chronic complaint, a recently operation, high-blood pressure,…please check with you doctor before. Also it’s recommended not to start yoga in pregnancy.
