Chill-Out-Bar

“Chill-out” (definition due to Wikipedia), a term derived from a slang injunction to relax, emerged in the early and mid-1990s as a catch-all term for various styles of relatively mellow, slow-tempo music. In American slang it means also to relax, cool-down and hang-out.

Our general theme in ChARTs is: RELAX & ENJOY, so that’s why we also choose our name: ChARTs = Ch(= Chill-Out) ART(and Art)s.
