ChARTs Team
ChARTs Team is composed of Filipino long-term-regular workers, trainees, OJT´s and the management. All employees have been chosen because of their personal character, their work skills and their strong will to perform their best for ChARTs.
Friendliness, cooperativeness and service willingness at all times, paired with a warm smile are compensating sometimes the lack of typical western attributes of 100% perfection, promptness and continuousness which is not really known in the Philippine mentality.
Nevertheless ChARTs Team members are trying to do their best to offer European service standard as much as possible. Therefore regular trainings and seminars are held for the staff.
But first and foremost it´s always important for us that our guests feel happy and we take good care of them during their stay. We hope that you will feel the subtle difference between an ordinary hotel accommodation and the heart & soul of our little Boutique-Hotel place.
