What is the easiest way to get from the Airport Cebu to Alona Beach?
The complete Transfer can be arranged by ChARTs Resort (Price on request) or you can easy get here by yourself. Just get into a Taxi on the Airport and get the driver to drive you down to Pier 1 or Pier 4. (Most drivers speak English well) The exact ferry-schedules and prices can be found under the section" How to get here".
All the Ferrys are Fastboats and they take around 100 min to Tagbilaran. Once on Bohol there are Taxis or Trycicles waiting to bring you to Alona Beach which is around 30 min. from the City.

Is there an opportunity to get money in Alona Beach from a Bank or ATM?
Yes, since the beginning of the year there is a new little BPI-Bank in Alona Beach, just a 3-minutes-walk away from ChARTs.You can get at the ATM a maximum of 20.000 PHP per day in 10.000 PHP steps. Traveller Checks are not recommendable, also cradit cards are not every where accepted or you will be charged extra with a high service fee.
Money changer are in Alona Beach located, but the excange rate is better in Tagbilaran directly. Recommendable is "Pacific Core" in the Island City Mall (ICM).

How far is the beach from ChARTs?
The Resort is central located at the main road coming from Tagilaran and just a 5-Minute-walk away from the beach. You can also short-cut trough the nice Alona-Palm Resort during daytime, so you will be very quick at the nicest part of Alona Beach.
