Hi Gina,
I am just emailing to extend our thanks for our wonderful stay at ChARTs in July/August.
We had 10 wonderfully peaceful days with you and your excellent staff who are a credit to the hotel.
Right from the very first email I sent about our booking, we received a very professional service.
The hotel is very friendly, clean and in a great location. The rooms are lovely and the grounds, pool, cafe and bar are all great places to relax. We especially liked the friendliness of the team and were always made to feel very welcome.
We enjoyed the free breakfast which was always delicious and freshly prepared and the beers were always very cold in the bar, the Capirihini's went down very well.
The tour you organised for us was great value and a fantastic day out.
We have already recommended your hotel to friends and will continue to do so.
We will definitely visit Bohol again in the future and will stay at ChARTs when we do.

Je reviens tout juste de voyage et comme tout voyage il y a des moments que l'on a prefere. Pour moi c'est Alona Beach et le Charts resort. Alona est une tres belle plage avec de tres bon spot de plongee ce qui fait oublier qu'il y a des touristes. Je recommande fortememt Sea Explorer pour plongee. Une equipe tres pro a l'ecoute de ses clients et parlant toute les langues. 20 plongees avec eux et toutes geniales.
En ce aui concerne le Charts rersort tres bon rapport qualite prix. Loin des nuits endiablees de la plage et pourtant qu'a 5 min a pied de celle ci. Tres propre, chambre avec du cachet et un jardin a couper le soufle avec sa piscine en forme de dauphin. Personnel tres pro et toujours souriant comme la responsable Sonja. On pourrait comparerle resort a une hacienda avec une touche grecque.

We stayed in Charts for 5 days in July. We had an amazing time and thought Sonja was the *perfect* hostess. Thr rooms are stylish, original and spotlessly clean - the best rooms we stayed in during our whole trip in the Philippines. The staff are kind and charming and the cafe R-O-C-K-E-D. The team have a wealth of local knowledge and really helped us make the most of the island. We'll definitely come back!

We spent 4 days in Panglao at Chart's. We had such a great time. Sonja is a very energetic and welcoming woman and she really helped us discovering Bohol taking us to local places and avoiding the touristic side. Her resort is a very quiet and charming place and we drunk the best coffee around..

We really enjoyed our stay at your lovely hotel, everywhere fresh and welcoming, we shall book again with you next time.

Thanks for a great stay at ChARTs. Everything went smoothly from when we were collected in comfort from the airport until you dropped us back 4 days later.

You spent the time to find out what type of activities and sights we were interested in and then tailored a great 'off the beaten track' tour for us. The tour included a lesson on traditional salt-making, a visit to a family's hut in the hills and a walk through a village near the rice fields, along with the more well-known Chocolate Hills & Tarsier Sanctuary. It was a great mix, and the picnic lunch was superb!

We also loved the menu selections at your cafe (not to mention real European-style coffees!). Your recommendations on where else to eat on the island, & good dive companies, where also appreciated.

We really recommend your suites - it was nice to spend some time lazying on the rooftop terrace reading a book between activities.

Thanks for making our stay so comfortable. We'll definitely recommend your resort to others thinking of visiting Bohol!

Dear Sonja,

Sorry it has taken so long to fill in an entry in thE ChARTs Guestbook, but back in Manila things have been very busy!
Now the girls are back at School I have more time to be able to confirm we had a wonderful holiday in Bohol and loved the accomodation, services and facilities at ChARTs.
Your staff were a special credit to your management and operationaql structures as you were away in Manila apart from on the day of our arrival! We have passed on our enjoyable experience to all who have asked about our holiday in Bohol and are always recommending ChARTs!

Furthermore the service was first class. Your staff is very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was a daily pleasure.

All in all Charts is the best place, we've stayed in during our two times to the Philippines. We'd be happy to come back another time.
